San Antonio Masters - The Dominion Country Club

Scott R Chilcutt, San Antonio, TX (June 27, 2016)  The San Antonio Masters at The Dominion Country Club has been riddled with weather problems since we started the event.  This year, so much so that the April event was rescheduled for late June and what a great choice.   If we can get the date again next year, we'll be moving it to a similar time.  Perfect greens, great course conditions and incredibly nice weather, in comparison to the three previous days in Houston.

Larry Harper picked up the Tournament Champion, presented by Carlisle's Engraving with a net -8.   The winner of the Feherty's Troops First Foundation 50/50 raffle, would have taken home $190, but opted to give his share to the cause, for a total of $380, bringing the year to date total from the Texas Tour local events to $9.030 contributed to the Foundation.

Scott R Chilcutt, Georgetown, TX (June 12, 2016)  Berry Creek Country Club, on the Hill Country schedule in the fall of 2015, was home to flooding rains.  Back on the schedule with an alternate date the championship course held true to its myth of short, but tough.
